Payments can be made via check, card, money order or cash
- In person at City Hall Office Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
- Placed in the drop box located outside City Hall
- Online using the link(s) below
Online Bill Pay
You can conduct most any financial transactions here, including paying your utility bill, pet registration or paying your citation. A 3% processing fee is charged for all transactions.
Use the following Bureau Codes when making payments for court, pet registration, or permits. Be sure to notate citation number or a brief description when making the online payment.
