  2. Click First Review  
  3. Click Upload Documents for Review.

What You Will Need to Complete the Permit Process

Please apply for your Roofing permit using the information below. 

*** A permit is NOT required if you are only replacing shingles for shingles. ***

Ensure you have all of the following items as applicable to submit for a roofing permit.

You will need to upload the following documents with your permit application:

  1. Permit Application
  2. Plans showing changes to be made or replaced. 

You will upload all of the above documents after completing the registration on the permit portal as described above.

  • Decking
  • Building Final

Please note that this is a general list of what inspections these projects generally require, however some permits may require additional inspections. As always, re-inspections will require additional fees.
